"ADHD coaches…help people learn practical strategies and skills to cope more effectively in the workplace, in relationships, and raising kids. An ADHD coach works with clients to develop time management skills, build structure and routine, set goals and create specific strategies to accomplish these objectives."
Canadian Living Magazine, March 2007

When my children were young I discovered this:  everything you need to know to be happy and successful in your life you learned on Sesame Street.

There is a Sesame street song that says, "Where you put your eyes,
   That's about the size,
That's about the size of it".

And that is all the information you need.  That is the secret.  How you look at anything, what perspective you take, in other words, "where you put your eyes", is the key to getting the results you want.

What are you believing about yourself?  How do you look at your AD/HD?

Do you know you are in the 10% of the world's most gifted leaders?  Do you know you have the same brilliant brain as Leonardo DaVinci, Albert Einstein, Thomas Edison, Alexander Graham Bell, Mozart, Walt Disney, and Magic Johnson, to name a few?

Do you know that coaching shows you that
· you are gifted, brilliant, passionate, and creative
· you have goals and dreams and you know you are capable of achieving them
· you can learn how to inventory your AD/HD and where it shows up
· failure is an illusion, there are only learning experiences
· you can have a new paradigm built on success
· you have a magnificent brain with unique wiring
· you can turn your talents into strengths
· you can change your BELIEFS about who you can be and what you can do
· NEW THINKING is your ticket to happiness and freedom

I am a certified Professional Coach, an author, and a former educator.  One of my passions is empowering both children and adults to uncover their own capacity to learn.  I agree that "the ADD brain is brilliant", and I am very excited about teaching techniques that transform the AD/HD learning experience into one of joy and success.  I can show you how to turn your academic challenges, whether in school or in the workplace, into your most fulfilling experience.

Among my coaching tools are:
Rediscover the Joy of Learning Program and Total Focus Program which show you how to use your own natural learning style for every learning situation;
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), an easy-to-learn technique for handling frustration, low self-esteem, impulsiveness, and many other emotions that keep us from our optimum performance levels.

From "ADDA Guiding Principles for Coaching Attention Deficit Disorder":

"
Coaching maintains mental arousal and focus, helps modulate emotions, maintain, motivation, and supports the client's ability to self-direct..."

You can manage your challenges, improve focus and memory, initiate change, and excel in daily life.
